Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

When we walked into dreams bury st edmunds we were greeted by Eric Beattie who was very friendly and knew exactly what he was talkin about the service we got was efficient. Would recommend dreams to friends just had the bed base delivered too and the delivery lads were great they even put our headboard on and cleaned up after themselves Happy all round thank you dreams.

We had been looking for a while for a sofa bed which would fit in the small space we had - your assistant was very helpful and showed us how easy it was to operate and explained everything during the time of the sale explaining the terms and conditions, delivery etc.

Ryan was very good at explaining things . it was obvious he was trying very hard to sell us something but was not at all forceful. I would be very happy to have Ryan serve me again

Served by both Sally and Vicky in the Bury St Edmunds branch and I have to say, living in Essex and working in London, the level of service in each case was high. Attentive, knowledgable and not overbearing - perfect (and I don't usually give feedback!). Thank you

It was our first bed we have bought from a shop and the assistance from the staff was fantastic, very detailed and went through everything we needed to know on prices, warranty etc! My girlfriend has cancer and was made very welcome, made sure she was comfortable and offered a bottle of water! We will be coming back to buy our bed sheets from Your self and will be recommending you to our friends and family for sure!

Experienced sales person, friendly and knowledgeable about the different products. Offered tea and coffee, explained different ranges of cover with the products offered other products to go with bed.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Bury St Edmunds Dreams because I was acknowledged straight away and service from start to finish was swift which is what I was after on this occasion. I explained what I needed and Sally found it for me straight away.

Nothing specific. Ryan, the salesman was very helpful and even though the mattress we wished to look at was not available he explained the alternatives very clearly. The store was bright and cheerful with everything well laid out. It's not only Dreams, but I just wish stores would stop trying to sell useless insurance products for which one has no need or wants.
