Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Clean and tidy store! Called in and looked couple of days beforehand! Normally we shop at John Lewis but we were so impressed with the knowledge and friendly approach of the staff we returned to buy!The staff there were different but just as helpful!Most definitely will recommend Dreams.Well done Dreams in Bury St Edmunds you have gained another customer which will definitely be back

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had my 3 children with me and they were great with them. Talking to them and joining them in and we all got offered a drink. Customer service in this store was lovely. For that reason I would recommend this dreams.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. His knowledge and humour put us at ease. He advised me on the purchase I should make and let us try several different beds. 5 Star service.

An overall good customer service.

We were served by Eric, who I think is the best sales man I have come across. He wasn't pushy or on for a hard sell. He ascertained what we wanted and gave impartial, helpful advice. He was brilliant with our kids who are 5 and 7 and sent them off on little missions to try out other types of beds. The whole process was hassle free and we came away with exactly what we wanted at a good price.

Before going into dreams i visited Bensons next door. Having walked around up and down was paid no interest by the staff, so it was a joy to enter dreams and be asked if i required help, which i did . the assistant was very helpful so i returned later with my husband. It was certainly a good shopping experience and very informative. being pensioners we were not up to date with any of the possible choices available and so we were enabled to make an informed choice.

Nothing was too much trouble for the knowledgeable and friendly assistant, explained the differences between mattress types clearly, made pillows available, supplied coffee, gave us time to try out different beds in our own time without trying to rush us - very good overall

The sales assistant Vicky was extremely helpful and sympathetic to the requirements of my 89 year old disabled mother.

The assistance we received from Eric in the bury St Edmunds branch was brilliant. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He listened to our needs and guided us through all the mattress options. I felt very confident dealing with him. His witty sense of humour and friendly manner is an asset to the store.
