When entering the store I knew what I was looking for and came out after purchasing something completely different. This was down to the assistant explaining things well and what our options were and the budget that my husband and I had. Our main focus was the mattress because of my back issues and the explanation received about the filling of the mattress went a long way to deciding the right choice. Very happy with the experience in the shop.

Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable, he spoke to us about the different kinds of mattresses and helped us make an informed decision.

All the questions we had were answered promptly and accurately. We were not rushed into making a decision. In fact all staff were very competent and willing to please. Staff were more concerned with us finding the correct mattress for our needs without pressuring us into a sale.

We were greeted fairly quickly as we walked in the door but without coming across pushy with sales and it was just a positive experience from then until purchase

We first visited the branch in Norwich on our way home from holiday where Dave was a superstar in showing us different options of bases and mattresses. He told us about the buy now and pay in 9 months time offer while we were in the store. Upon further discussion that evening, we decided to buy a bed the next day. Ryan in the Bury St Edmunds store was very friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through everything. The service from both stores was fantastic.
