The sales assistant Vicky was very knowledgeable and helped us to make the right choices, she showed us where the beds were and where the mattresses were and said that if we needed help then we only had to ask. We did need help with the mattresses as we did not know the difference between each one, Vicky explained the differences and helped us to decide which was best for us.

Our visit to Dreams, fulfilled our experience of buying a new bed. We went in to buy a new mattress and came away with a bedstead, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and also a wall mirror. So that sayes it all!

I went in to the store completely clueless ... all i knew was that i needed a new mattress. Eric (my sales assistant) was able to advise me as to what products i should look at. He then allowed me to try different products until i found exactly what i was looking for! He was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. Thank you Eric!

I was very impressed with the bury St Edmunds store as soon as I walked in to store I was welcomed staff I told the assistant Sally what was looking for she new just what to show me ,after explaining about the beds she whent of and made me a up of coffee while I made my mind up.
