Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Staff member very helpful. Explained products without being too boring...haha. Delivery date relatively quick...to suit me. A little disappointed about a delivery charge.

The assistant answered and dealt with our queries efficiently showing us the range of products on offer. The showroom was clean and the products were effectively displayed using the colour coding on the mattreses. Coffee was offered to us in the store which was a nice touch. Now looking forward to the delivery.

We have bought several products from Dreams in Bury St Edmunds over the past 2 years and the staff are so friendly and welcoming without being pushy or overbearing. One of the sales staff remembered us from last year when we bought an identical mattress for our main bedroom.

Because the assistant was very helpful and not pushy.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and greatly assisted me in choosing a suitable mattress. I will return to the store with my husband on Sunday to make our final decision.

This is our second visit to dreams. We purchased a single bed about 6 months ago very satisfied with the quality and the professional service we received hence our second visit again staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Recommended to a family member.

Our visit to dreams in bury st Edmunds was an absolute pleasure. Eric took care of us very well and helped us choose the perfect mattress and pillow to suit our own personal needs. We particularly felt very at ease and welcome in the store, nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed into a purchase or rushed through the sale. As the sales person called Eric in the bury st edmunds store was very glued up with his knowledge really understood what bed I was looking for and spent all the time I was looking with me didn't make me rush and I felt really at ease

Ryan was incredibly helpful, he listened to what we were after and had great product knowledge. There was no heavy selling.

i was suprised at the level of the knowledge the staff had, they shared about the pocket sprung mattresses and the materials etc very good ....it helped me make my decision.
