Very happy with overall service from when we arrived, purchased and left. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Where amazed when we were informed only had to wait 3 days for delivery!!! Looking forward to receiving our new mattress!!!

From the time we entered the store until the time we left Vicky our sales lady gave us 100per cent attention and her knowledge of the products helped us make our decision.

We got to the store about 30 minutes before it was due to close but the staff did not even flag this to us and just gave us all the time that we needed to chose and finalise all the order. Very knowledgeable staff which really helped us make our decision. Our bed and mattress was delivered to us within just a few days and the bed was put together very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service all around. We are very satisfied.

Great salesman

We had very little knowledge of the differences of the making of mattresses, and the assistant spent time explaining all this in a very clear and concise manner, therefore making our decision making process much more straight forward. He spent time with us, but left us alone whilst we were trying to come to or final decision, so we didn't feel we were being given "the hard sell". Overall, we came away feeling we had made the right decision and are looking forward to getting our new mattress.

Received excellent service and found the item required.

We were served by Ryan and he was very knowledgeable despite this being only his 4th week with you. He didn't push us at all, was polite and sensitive to our needs and had a lovely sense of humour. There was a good selection of beds at the store, well labelled as to their style and content of fibres and colour coded to help us recognise each one.

Sally, the member of staff, explained how the store was laid out to help us make decisions based on the types of mattress and the firmness of them and how prices of them ranged throughout the store. She allowed us time to browse and try out different products before stepping in and offering more assistance. She had quickly identified the mattress we had taken most interest in and was able to tell us more about it. The same applies to bedframes; we were giving time and space to browse freely and then come back to Sally for more guidance and assistance. I also had a coughing fit during a conversation and she went and got me a glass of water which was extremely kind and helpful and really appreciated! When we had made our decision, Sally was clear and confident in the process of inputting data into the computer and had picked up that we were trying to keep the cost down and respected this by not offering us lots of add-ons except the delivery. This was our first time buying a bed and the experience was smooth and successful thanks to great customer service!
