Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were met by a friendly lady who greeted us with a smile. She listened to what we were looking for and lead us to exactly the right products. We were given all the options available and our son tried several matresses before deciding on the right one. The shop looked clean and tidy and it was laid out nicely with plenty of space. Overall it was a very easy process.

We previously purchased two beds and as a result we went back within the month and purchased another. We did have a problem with 3rd party delivers, which, quiet frankly would have put me off purchasing another bed, but when your delivery team delivered the second bed, we knew that your service was professional and reliable. To that end, your Ipswich store did ensure we had Dream Vouchers to the turn of £40 to compensate, which was greatly appreciated. This also resulted in you getting another bed order. No only did we buy beds, but we also purchased linen, duvet, pillows, and protectors. So good customer service does respond with higher sales. In one month we have placed orders with you totalling £5,700. So you must be doing something right. I also visited your Bury St Edmunds store, to exchange a mattress protection, and whilst I was speaking to a charming gentleman. A couple came into your store, and they too were singing your praises. So Dreams, one thing to say to Ipswich Europark and Bury St Edmunds, 'Job well done' Thank you

All staff were very helpful during our visit. We were offered drinks a couple of times during our time at the store and were very satisfied with the assistance we received. Vicky and the manager were excellent.

Our visit to Dreams was a great experience due to the help and friendliness of Sally. We will certainly revisit again.
