The lady that served us was brilliant. We started with a lovely cup of coffee. There was absolutely no hassle buying the bed mattress etc. We didn't need to ask any questions because everything was explained in detail.

We used the machine to give us some options, the sales person gave us a full rundown of each with all options. Gave us clean pillows and a sheet to put over them. Nothing they could have done more.
