Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Eric who served us was polite, helpful and had good knowledge of the products. He did not cling to us all the way round the shop, he gave us space to discuss the products and make our choice.

The member of staff, Sally, was friendly , attentive but respectable to us as she did not push us to purchase. She was very genuine.

The lady who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a fast and easy purchase, and we had two small children in tow, so that was crucial!

Had a man call Eric from your bury store very nice gentleman happy to help and done his job very well. Was nice to find some one who you could also have a laugh with. I do hope I win the money as I would like to come back to your store to buy more things

I went to the store to find out what I wanted as I am not familiar with the various types of bed, mattress and headboard. My friend and I were pleased that the cheerful member of staff, Eric, gently took us through the various products and did not push us into buying what he liked - he answered our questions and maintained his humour. Not piushy but effective.

Was satisfied with the time and service I received and would recommend to anyone.

I am completing this questionnaire on behalf of Tone Fuller, my 83 year old brother-in-law. We called in the Bury St Edmunds store on Bank holiday Monday and were met by a delightful lady called Sally. She was endlessly patient with Tony and encouraged him to take time to try out all the mattresses in his price range. At 83 he is not the speediest but was never hustled. She made sure he understood all the paperwork.

Was given friendly,unhurried help and advice without pushing for a sale. Thank you sally.

Your assistant was pleasant and extremely helpful, no pressure approach and provided helpful suggestions and recommendations. Shopping is not always a pleasure but your assistant made it so.
