realized when we got home item would have been to big, reordered another one no problem at all.

Welcomed the moment we entered the store, our needs and wants were discussed and Vicky spent time talking with us and getting us to try mattresses which would be suitable. Didn't feel rushed in the time we were there, Vicky helped us to choose which mattress was best for us.

Lewis the store manager assisted us he was very professional knowledgeable very helpful and extremely polite, indeed an asset to Dreams!!

Eric the salesperson at Bury St.Edmunds was excellent at what he did,he knew all about the product and demonstrated them equally as well.Well done Eric
