We had very specific needs and the manager on duty narrowed down our search quickly. He invited us to try other options to see the difference between products.

Very helpful and understanding sales lady

I was greeted with Hello as soon as I entered the store in Bury St Edmunds. I was left to look around at my leisure which I liked as I hate being pounced on when I go shopping. When I was ready Eric explained the differences with the different mattresses and allowed me to try the different beds and encouraged me to take plenty of time before I made any decision to ensure I was getting the best bed for me. Customer service was excellent. Thank you

We were served by Eric, who was very informative and friendly. We came in to browse for a new bed that we wished to purchase in a couple of months. Saw the off on a clearance line that was too good not to take up
