Arriving 3/4 of an hour before the store closed i found Eric the store assistant welcoming and attentive of our needs and seemingly unfazed as the clock ticked closer to closing time. He was knowledgable of the products, and established our requirements through thoughtful questions, at no time was he pushy, impatient or indeed attempted to up-sell for the sake of it. All in all a good experience and my partner and I look forward to many a good night sleep once we take delivery!!

The sales assistant Eric was brilliant. Funny, informative, friendly and great with my toddler. Really made the shopping experience worthwhile; would probably have had a look next door before purchasing but Eric did such a great job we decided to make our purchase on the spot.

we explained we wanted a bed for a guest room, but had to admit that several of the guests that would be using the room/bed were on the larger size weight wise, but only had enough room for a double bed, we had selected a cheaper bed, but advised to go up a bit on price to get a bit better quality, we were happy do this after being shown several options.

The shop assistant was very helpful in understanding my issues and making alternative suggestions to make sure I got the best mattress for me.

we found the store short on staff--------but the assi. got to us when he could and was worth the wait.--------very very good

Eric the sales assistant was very helpful and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He was also great at keeping a 2 year old entertained He didn't rush us and went through all of the options of matresses for kids beds. Eric served us when we bought a new king size bed back in january and we couldn't fault him then as we can't fault him now.
