Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We have bought from your Leicester store in the past and have been highly satisfied, so it was obvious we would search out dreams when we moved to Hepworth, and I can assure you it was the right thing to do, we now have a new mattress being delivered and they even take our old one away for us which is a great help. During our visit your salesman showed us the tempora disability twin beds and at this present time we have decided to go back to purchase them. So I think your company has the right attitude and work ethic to keep your customers happy for many years to come. Our sincere thanks to Eric your salesman for looking after us today.

The sales person, Sally, at the Bury St Edmunds store was extremely helpful. She asked what we were looking for and what criteria we had, showed us the sale items in that criteria and told us how the store was laid out so we could have a look at other items ourselves. She told us to let her know if we had any questions and left us to make our own decisions. Once we had chosen items, she helped us make sure we had what we needed and helped us through the purchasing process quickly and easily. She suggested optional extras and didn't pressure us if we declined.

Sally who assisted me did so with just the right amount of effort. She was polite and answered all my questions clearly and obviously knew what she was talking about. She also gave me enough time on my own to figure out what I wanted without any undue pressure. I wasn't intending to purchase anything there and then but ended up placing an order as I felt that both the product and the service were as good at Dreams as I was going to find anywhere else

The sales person listened to my requirements, gave specific advice and offered alternative products which met my specification. I was allowed time and space to make my buying decision

The way everything was laid out and the easiness of finding out what was available. The store helper was not pushy or too invasive and checked out waht the item would be required by.

The products were clearly labelled and on finding out what we were looking for the manager pointed us in the right direction and gave a clear explanation of the various types of mattress. He was very clear explaining delivery and costs.

The lady in the shop was very friendly and gave me great advice on all the different types of mattress to help me find the one for me.

I wish I could recall the name of the woman that helped me in the Bury St Edmunds store. I had two hyper toddlers with me and she was very patient and understanding. She listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something beyond my needs. Very professional and friendly. Her colleague, a gentleman, was also very friendly. Delivery day was a huge fiasco. I am an American living on a military base and usually I meet guests at a visitor center to sign them on the compound. That day the cell phone reception was down and there was difficulty reaching me to meet at the gate. When we did meet up we had more difficulty getting them signed on the base. The delivery men, Steve and Craig, could have gone back to the store in frustration but instead they stuck around until they were allowed on to finish the delivery. They were so kind and apologetic but it was not their fault. The lack of communication was on my end. Very nice gentlemen. I am overall very pleased with my experience at Dreams and will be advising other American military families to shop at this store when looking for a new bed.

Not knowing much about mattresses it was nice to meet Eric this afternoon at your Bury St Edmunds store who put our minds at rest. He was very helpful and new what he was on about. We received great and professional service at Dreams today.
