We visited Dreams at Bury St Edmunds branch to replace our old mattress. The staff all said hello and was very friendly. The member of staff who served us was both knowledgeable and very helpful, we were given a pillow and even had a cup of tea, while we tried out some mattresses. We would defiantly be going back in the future, we liked the fact the staff did not do the usual sales pitch and try to get us to buy a whole new bed not just a mattress as this would have put us off. We also liked the fact we have a comfort exchange guarantee as well at no extra cost.
