Lewis was very helpful and knew what he was talking about I also like that you have 40 day return policy it's a very good idea.

I was a bit apprehensive about going mattress shopping, it was something I knew nothing about being a new home owner and was worried I would get pressured and hassled into buying which really put me off. I rather nervously went into the store and had a lie down on the first one I saw! The sales assistant Eric was very helpful, he told me a little about the mattress I was on but explained what the types were, what they did and then said I could try as many as I liked. Also he would get me a different pillow if I wanted. This really set me at ease and I wondered around in my own time and felt no pressure to buy. After I had chosen the mattress he offered to set it up on a platform as the bedframe I had bought was slatted so he explained it might feel different. I was really pleased with the mattress, so Eric took me through the sale and was excellent at explaining the options available for insurance / payment etc. It really was very easy and stress free. I really don't know why I was worried. I know I will be going back to Dreams, I feel like I can ask even the silliest questions as a new bed owner which is really important to me!

Friendly and happy with experience, Sally (bury st edmunds) was very helpful as the bed is for my granddaughter and let her choose which was best for her but also involving my granddaughter let her try the bed to see which one she liked and was comfy with.
