On entering the store we were just there to consider a new mattress, ours is around 12 years old. We were not jumped on like some stores, it was nice to have a wander and were approached after 10 mins or so. Vicky approached us and we told her what we were considering. We accepted her offer of product knowledge and advice. We were given a good range of options and decided to purchase rather than come back another day. The deals that were on offer was a big factor. My husband and I then went along with Vicky to complete purchase and arrange delivery. There was a small issue with the process of our purchase but Vicky called over her colleague Rachel who was able to help with completion,so all in all a good experience and purchase was made, and now looking forward to the delivery.
