Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase a bed. The assistant Vicky was extremely helpful and patient.She explained the colour system of the types of mattresses and varying levels of mattress support etc. She gave us time to try them out and decide which was the most suitable. She then assisted us in our search for the divan with the type of storage we required and the explained we could mix and match, base, mattress and headboard. She gave us a quote for the total cost and delivery etc. We returned today to buy bed as we had been waiting to move home before buying. We were able to give all info to Eric who completed order and explained about the bed cover purchase plan, which we decided to add to our order. All the staff we dealt with were informative, knowledgeable and helpful and very patient.

We recently purchased a mattress through a different company on line and the customer service was diabolical so much so we cancled the order. We decided to visit Dreams in Bury St Eds and the care that we received was absolutely second to none. We got to try so menu different beds (and Pillows) Eric went through all the different designs and choices we had, even when we came across the one that both my Husband and I fell in love with Eric still continued to show us other choices just to make sure we were happy. This truly was the best experience i have ever had in purchasing a mattress. Thank you so much for looking after us and making us feel special. This truly is a very well organised company my hat goes off to you and would never go anywhere else when purchasing a bed.
