Martin was extremely helpful - we already knew which mattress we wanted and he assisted us in buying it. He gave a great discount for myself being in the military and explained everything very well. You are very lucky to have such an understanding and welcoming worker!

The advice and guidance we were given was both informative and useful. Lewis from the Bury St Edmunds store was fantastic. His support and manner were exemplary. He was very knowledgeable and took his time in making sure we had the right products and information.

Ryan was knowledgeable helpful and helped us using the technology available in store to guide us to the appropriate selection of mattress. Plus very patientwith our 7 Yr old!. Very happy with the service given.

The staff, Julia and Ryan were great. I ended up buying a bed I didn't know existed. I had explained to Julia that I was after an Ottoman bed but I really wanted a TV bed and she showed me the range of TV beds with Ottoman options.
