I received excellent guidance and advice from the Salesman enabling me to choose a good mattress for my guest bed. I also received guidance regarding my own bed which is next on my list to purchase now I have all the information from this visit.

We were greated well on arrival, refreshments were offered on both times we entered the store and our assistant Rachel remembered us from our first visit and what we were looking at. She helped a lot with our needs as i have a few health issues and was highly informative about the products.

We were looking for a headboard for a bed we had bought at the same store a couple of years ago. We saw exactly the right thing and ordered straight away. The female assistant was very helpful.

When we entered the shop, an assistant came to us and explained the different types of mattress available, and the useful colour-coding system. She then left us in peace to try out the mattresses and find the one which suited us best. Staff were active in the store, but not bothersome. When we were ready to place our order, the staff were very efficient and the system was very straightforward. Thank you for having such a sensible approach to sales!

I was welcomed into the store and then left to browse which I found very refreshing. Rachel then assisted me with any questions that I had and once I made my choice the process of paying way very smooth and quick. I even had a cup of tea whilst it was all being done. Thank you Dreams for a stress free shopping trip.

Welcomed into store left to browse for short while then politely approached to offer help. ie felt comfortable and not under pressure but aware we were not ignored. Not rushed to make a decision but guided with info as we needed. All round good experience which I have rarely had from other retailers -it was a pleasure to do business which I would not have had if done on line. worth coming out in the rain for!
