I had no trouble finding exactly what I was looking for the assistant Rachel was very helpful in detail of mattresses colour of headboard and delivery dates very pleasant and provided the right pillows for best comfort and price for my needs ...happy and satisfied with quality of service and will definitely come back !!!

Eric the sales person was extremely helpful & polite. He helped us make the right decision for the product we purchased, but also showed us similar products for sale.

The sales assistant went above and beyond the call of duty for us! We changed our minds several times and he was relentlessly patient. Then when we came to arrange the purchase we had to leave and come back later, we were late and he very kindly stayed behind after hours to meet up with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and without any hint of "hard sell". We are very pleased with our purchases and the service we received.

We were greeted by one of your staff, told her our budget and few other details, she quickly directed us to two beds which we were very interested in and impressed with the knowledge she gave us. The price was very reasonable. There was no doubt the beds were just what we had be looking for. We were very pleased with the assistants service and would recommend our family and friends to your store.

I only came in for a pillow but was guided and helped all the way, with the assistant backing off when not required but always on hand. I spent way more than I would ideally like to however the service was brilliant, and as I did with my bed and last pillow I will be buying again!
