Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

A large part of my rating was to do with having just the right level of input from your colleague Lewis. We were allowed time to try a number of mattress types with different pillow suggestions to arrive at our decision. There was no rush or pressure from Lewis even though the purchase ended up being completed after store closing time. Really great service

Rachel, the sales assistant, had excellent product knowledge. She was willing to spend all her time with me, made suggestions regarding my order which I had not thought of. She even moved items of furniture around to enable me to see the bedside unit against the headboard and divan. I had previously been into the shop to look at the furniture and was equally satisfied with the service given to me at that time by Vicki.

I found the assistant very helpfull and knowledgeable and was very satisfied, i am awaiting delivery of my bed, so hope the quality will continue.

We was assisted by Eric who also helped us on our last visit in June. Both times understanding what we needed & for what price we could afford. We was shown different mattresses & told which ones would be more comfortable for my bad back. He was also brilliant both times in entertaining our usually quite shy 18 month old son. Couldn’t of asked for a better service

The assistance given by Ratchel was second to none as we were choosing a mattress for our disabled son.She took time to explain the benefits and qualities before we made our choice. We then felt able to make an informed decision. We would defiantly recommend you to anybody.

Rachel was knowledgeable and really helpful, polite and experienced and made my purchase very easy and pleasant, she's a credit to your company.

Although the store was busy Eric was very helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and have us great advice.

The staff at the Bury st Edmunds branch were very helpful. We were looking to buy a bed that did not contain any latex products, as my wife is allergic. after talking to Vicky we were taken straight to a selection of mattresses to try. Delivery was also 2nd to none.

Our last bed came from dreams so we went back to dreams as have been very satisfied with our bed. We were given so much help in store . Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being pushy,and gave us good advice.I am 83years old and a nice young man carried the mattress to my car.yes I would shop at dreams,and recommend dreams.
