Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams as I was helped quickly,price matched and so to bed's quote,searched other stores best prices,and a good deal on a cover too.

The friendliness of the staff who served us namely Vicky and Kievan was exceptional which made the experience in the shop first class.

I found the staff all very friendly and approachable, and understood exactly what I wanted and listened to my needs, they explained all my questions to me and did have a bit of a laugh with them too, we was offered a tea or coffee which was very nice as we were in there in the end foe 2 hours, so all in all a very good visit.

The sales assistant (Vicky) was not overbearing and gave great advice as required. Vicky had A very good knowledge of the available products and once discussed was able to presented options to fulfil our needs. Very good experience overall.

Great Mattress and staff.

Nothing was too much trouble and the salesman really listened to our needs. We spent a large amount of money with Dreams, which can be stressful, but our experience of buying the bed and mattress was not stressful at all - helped by the cup of coffee too! Thanks Dreams.

We was highly satisfied with the prduct we did buy and the information given that helped us to buy the matteress. Just wish you had off had the particular single bed that we was looking for also.

Eric was a great help. After looking at beds for a couple of days at other local stores, Eric actually asked if we knew the difference between the different types of mattresses and then showed us. After years of buying beds we at last know what we are looking at. Great service.

I was met by an assistant on entry, found a bed online and wanted to come to store to look at it. Bed was near entrance of door, good quality. Friendly service.
