We needed a specific height of bedhead and Kieron and Rachel could not have been more helpful. The found a tape measure (which we forgot) and helped with the measuring.

Next shop along is a Benson for beds store, i visited yesterday and was very rude unwelcoming. But walking in to Dreams was a whole different experience they were very welcoming on both occasions when entering the store and helped us to find the right bed that suits are needs. I would reccomend Dreams to anyone.
