Eric, who served us was very knowledgeable. He explained everything we needed to know without being too technical. He was very friendly and entertaining, especially to our children!

Eric helped us during our visit and was very patient and extremely helpful. He was available to answer any questions but gave us time to browse and think between ourselves

It was a 20% sale discount day and we wanted the matching bed to match previously purchased wardrobe and bedroom set at the same store where we have always recieved fantastic customer service from Staff. They have always been excellent advising and helping us to make the right choices.

Telephoned the Bury St Edmunds store for delivery information after checking the Dreams website - assistant very helpful and made a sale over the phone with delivery before Christmas. Fantastic job.

Staff were extremely helpful throughout our time in the store and made choosing a bed very easy to do and clear with all of the terminology of bed frames and mattresses.
