Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Initially saw Eric who explained all the bed construction options and guided me to what i needed. I later returned to the store and then saw Rachel who took my order. No problems at all.

We were treated with courtesy but not overbearance. Eric was knowledgeable , imparted information, dealt with our purchase with efficiency and charm

All questions were answered with explanations if relevant, plenty of time was given to try out the products, we were not rushed. Quality of service and knowledge excellent

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived in store by Sally who was more than helpful and polite and friendly. She knew who product knowledge and nothing was to much trouble. It appears Sally is quite new to her role and was guided by Rachael, but at all times both ladies were extremely professional and explained everything at all times, well done ladies. A pleasure to visit such a lovely team.

Very clear product knowledge, friendly approach but not over pushy. The staff worked as a team. Eric who assisted us was very friendly but listened to our needs and then gave us his suggestions on what would suit our needs. Originally just looking at beds today but purchased because of the service we received in store.

Staff were all very friendly and took the time to talk and explain the products on sale, the did not try to push more expensive items they listened to our needs and explained everything we needed to know. Nothing was too much trouble and all out questions were answered with a lot of detail

There was music playing in-store it was far too loud ! We had to raise our voices over it to discuss our order as did the assistant . This was my third time in-store and each time it was far too loud .

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN DREAMS AND THOUGHT THE SHOP WAS VERY WELL LAID OUT, WE WERE SERVED BY RACHEL VERY EFFICIENTLY,NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER. SHE GAVE US A VALIDATION CODE 116
