Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We had looked on the internet and selected a bed but decided to try one out before we made the purchase. We are so glad that we did as the salesman put us right on a few things that we hadn't thought about which made us change our selection. As we have a fitted bedroom and an exact space to fill (carefully measured before we left home) the salesman was really helpful in our choice. We finally selected an Ottoman storage bed and, hopefully, will be very happy with our choice. We appreciated that we could select a delivery date as we have work to do in preparation.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, we had never visited a Dreams store before so didn't know what to expect, she talked us through the different options and encouraged us to lay on the bed to find the best one to suit our needs. Our three year was getting a bit bored and had a bit of a temper tantrum and another sales assistant got talking her and made her laugh which was really nice. She soon calmed down. When we had chosen, we were offered tea and coffee and the order went through with no hassle. We were pleased with the price and can't wait for the new mattress to arrive. We will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

My mum was buying a new bed she needed it because she is having an operation and her old one has seen better days the assistant was very helpful, mum felt at ease and not hurried , it was a nice experience and mum is now looking forward to receiveing her new bed in time for her return home from hospital

Eric at the Dreams location in Moreton Retail Park was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and beds. He helped us choose a bed that balanced my need for good back support and my partner's need to stay cool while sleeping. He did not pressure us in any way, but was readily available to answer all our questions. He was friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the price we paid because of the ½ price sale.

We found the whole experience a pleasure. The person who looked after us Lewis, understood our needs after listening, to us and advised us based on our needs. we wanted a high quality Devon and got the best bed for us. Well done.

I purchased a single wooden framed bed. This is for the guest room of my workplace. I knew what I was looking, and had in mind a small budget. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the price was cheaper than my budget. Vicky was very helpful and guided me through purchasing process

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable and wasn't pushy to get the sale. Also the time allowed to just lay on the beds to try them was very helpful too.

I was served by Lewis, he spent time with my husband and I suggesting options and ensuring that we had everything we needed. He and his colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly. The overall atmosphere in the shop was pleasant and welcoming. We were even offered a drink!
