Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I dealt with a chap called Ryan who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at your Bury St Edmonds store. I went in not really having much of an idea of the type of mattress I would need but left feeling very satisfied.

Ryan was very helpful and answered and questions we had, he also gave us no pressure to buy anything

Store laid out well, bright and airy, help and advise on what we were looking for was very good, friendly and likeable person , and we found what we needed first time in the store.

We were dealt with promptly, in a friendly manner by knowledgeable advisers.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were impressed with Julia who served us throughout. She was attentive but not overpowering, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, explained things clearly, allowed us space to think. A very good & capable salesperson

Nathan took time and trouble to understand our needs but at the same time was not overly pushy and gave us time to ponder!

Nathan, your colleague from Bury St Edmunds store was absolutely fantastic! He greeted us from the moment we walked in, helped us with the sleep machine then spent around 2 hours with us helping us purchase our perfect new mattress. Nathan’s knowledge of all the mattresses we tried was brilliant. He disinfected each one down after we used it, provided us with our own pillow and protector, gave us a bottle of water. He is a complete asset to your team. Truly brilliant and professional colleague.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as soon as we entered the store. We were first dealt with by Julia and she had a comprehensive knowledge of the beds and mattresses and advised us according to our specific needs. We were then dealt with by Nathan who also had a excellent knowledge of the products and suggested ones based on what best suited us. A great experience all round!
