Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We had a very good bed/mattress some years ago from Dreams so naturally returned, prompted by your latest 8 year max TV advertising. Easy free parking. We were originally seeking to just replace the headboard but were unable to find what we wanted from the in store sample collection. However as we started to slowly leave we were offered some really good humoured but professional attention by a lady staff member who gently moved us towards considering buying a bed instead. My wife (who has some back problems and uses a special neck support pillow) was interested to learn about the different sort of mattress qualities Dreams offer. The lady in question was extremely patient, knowledgeable and finally steered us towards a splendid bed with cavenous storage space beneath-game set and match -very well done.

The lady which served us was very helpful,she was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist us,she explained what we would get for our money . Her name was vicky,all members of staff we have delt with at your bury st edmunds store have always been very polite and extremely helpful. A real credit to dreams.credit where credit is due. Thank you ladies for all your help.

THe assistant Eric was beyond helpful, highly recommend him

On arriving we were greater by a staff member welcoming us to the store. We were served by Eric at your bury St Edmunds store. He was very attentive and easy to talk to. After being round a number of bed store during that day Eric and indeed the Dreams bury St Edmunds was by far the friendliness and plenty store we had visited. Eric had a very good knowledge of all the products with in the store including pillows etc. Once we had chosen the bed that we wanted Eric with Scott the Manager sorted our products and delivery effective. I would have no problems in recommending Dreams Bury St Edmunds to other people.

We were given enough time to look around before being approached by a member of staff. All our queries were answered honestly and quickly.

Good customer service, reasonable selection, percieved quality of product and availability.

As we walked into the store we were allowed enough time to look around.before Vicky (shop assistant)came to offer her assistance.she was such a great help.we were looking to buy a new mattress and she certainly new her stuff,see showed us all the different types and how they worked.once we finally decided which one met our needs Vicky went through purchase stage.there wasn't any question unanswered.i shall definitely use dreams again.just wish all shop assistant every were as good.

I visited dreams looking for a new mattress,and thought I new what I wanted.but the staff gave me so much more information about mattresses.i almost have to many to choose from but lucky the staff were on hand to assist my choice.i would highly recommend dreams to anyone.

Staff both friendly and asked questions which helped them understand our needs. Highest level of good customer experienced.
