Lewis was very knowledgeable on the products available and took time to explain the colour coding of the mattresses. He had a very approachable manner.

We were impressed with the store manager's attention to our needs and helpful advice. Our decision to buy was aided by this and the order was placed with confidence in that it would be delivered in time and installed buy qualified people. We have a dreams bed purchased some years ago and had excellent service from the store on that occasion also. The bed is very comfortable it was our first experience of a memory mattress and we will purchase another from Dreams when its time to change our bed. The unit at Morton hall is first class the only slight problem is with the layout of the car park serving Dreams on entering and exiting this parking also also serves several stores nearby.

Excellent customer service by Rachel and Lewis. They were able to help with our queries efficiently and to satisfaction.

I was looking for a replacement mattress and visited the store , not knowing exactly what type of mattress I was looking for - type, comfort level, firmness etc. I have a chronic condition which causes pain and difficulty sleeping so I was looking for support in choosing the most comfortable mattress for me personally. I was greeted quickly, listened to, shown the types of mattress to feel, lie on and how they were constructed. The salesperson ( Eric) was helpful, knowledgeable, but not at all pushy, no pressure sales pitch but helpful. Although the mattress was not available to be delivered for a few weeks both Eric and Lewis were helpful in finding possible alternatives .

I have been assisted with every need I had in the most helpful way. Shopping at Dreams Bury St Edmunds has been great and I am confident that I have made the right choice.

Very pleasantly surprised as I usually expect pushy sales people when I enter stores but Vicky at the Bury St Edmunds store was just the opposite! She advised us on the sort of mattress we should consider as both by partner and myself suffer from bad backs and we could even try them out! She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and so were the rest of the team at the store. We were very impressed with the prices as we had been to other stores who had quoted on beds and mattresses for the same price and there products didn't even compare to dreams! All I can say is well done Vicky! Can't wait to get the bed now!

Great value for the bed we chose. Our sales associate, Vicki, was VERY friendly and helpful. She is a main reason we would return for further purchases!

From the moment my husband and I walked into the store, Vicky was attentive, informative, friendly and quite efficient. She asked if she could help, then went on to explain exactly what the symbols meant, explained the layout of the beds, their colour-marking and then got us 2 pillows in order to try the beds out with a comfortable pillow. Vicky then left us to look, try and decide by ourselves. When she saw we were undecided between 3 beds, she came back and answered the questions which prompted us towards our final decision. Vicky made our experience at Dreams very comfortable, did away with "unwanted hovering" you usually experience in stores. She did not steer us towards buying something that was more expensive but towards a product which we were both delighted with. I highly recommend Dreams in Bury St Edmunds, and Vicky, because she was everything a Sales person should be. Thanks, Vicky. P.S - she also makes a good cup of tea.
