Highly satisfied with mine and my husbands experience at dreams. After much decision about wanting to find the right bed for our toddler fatter sleepless nights currently was made easy by store assistant Rachel in bury st Edmunds. We spent a lot of time in the store considering suitability for our two year old. Rachel understood what we were looking for and was very helpful when we were choosing a mattress telling us exactly which one was softer and firmer after we explained out requirements. No sale was forced upon us just great advice that made out decision easier. As buying a bed is something we haven't do not do very often it was fantastic to see these beds on display to see quality and lay on the mattresses. Our order was places in quickly and efficiently and all key points were highlighted to us prior to purchase.

store is very welcoming and tidy and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. It was a nice atmosphere to consider our purchase and make our purchase. We weren't rushed, and the staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The lady who took our order - Rachel - explained the pricing very carefully and methodically to us, which helped us to fully understand what we were paying for - this was excellent. All in all a brilliant experience.

The staff were excellent. Eric looked after us for the duration of our visit. He found out what it was we were looking for and why then showed us everything we were looking for and gave us some other ideas. He did not try to sell us anything we did not want, if he had, I would have left the store. He was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and made us feel at ease and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dreams to any of my colleagues and friends after this experience.
