Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were approached on our entry to the store by your salesman, Eric, who offered his assistance. He was very knowledgeable about the product, explained our options and gave informed, helpful and clear advice. He allowed us privacy to discuss what we wanted to do and was not at all pushy at any time. His delivery of customer service was most appreciated.

Eric the sales assistant was very pleasant knowledgeable and offered advice but was not pushy or over bearing he allowed us time to browse and make our own choice.

I was looking for a single bed originally but saw this sofa bed which I loved ..the colour was perfect it had storage and as a guest bed for a small room was just what we needed can't wait for it to arrive.. Not only that looking forward to my family coming to try it out. The other thing I liked about this is.. I can sit and relax on it as you would any sofa during the day if you need some quiet time in a bedroom.

The sales person was very helpful and new his products well.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff on both visits to the store, especially from Eric. Initially we had just gone into the store to get some idea of beds and pricing. We bought a super kingsize bed and two pillows. Only downside is now having to wait three weeks for delivery.
