Rachel who assured us with our purchase was friendly, informative, understanding to our needs and very knowledgable of the products.

Collègue was very friendly and helpful, we were able to spend plenty of time trying all the beds, and the Price was good.

i was approached by an assistant and asked was there any particular item i was looking for after explaining my needs i was given so much info on various beds i was surprised about the differences, then i picked my choice and was taken through the process with explanations at every step great. so i new the exact price, delivery status, what i should expect from the delivery people, what could be better?

Emma at Bury St Edmunds was engaging, took time to show us suitable products, knew about the products and made the whole experience very easy. We did look elsewhere, and prices were similar, but the service was not as good by far, so we returned and placed our order at Dreams. Delivery arranged super quick too! We are really pleased, thank you!

Both Eric and Rachel the two members of staff were both very friendly and really helpful. Eric talked us through and showed us various products explaining the difference between them and why/how appropriate they are for our needs. He spent time with us making sure we understood the products and explaining thoroughly any extras we could have when ordering the bed. Both Eric and Rachel were really friendly and provide excellent customer service without the 'hard sell' which you sometimes feel you get in some stores (not Dreams). They made us feel welcome and let us go away and think about it before we then came back to make our purchase which is also what convinced us to come back. Thank you to both of them for their advice and cups of tea :)
