Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Saw one assistant (Emma) on first visit 27.7.15 but needed to check something out at home. Later - looked on website (where things confusing). Phoned Emma for better understanding. Went back to store to confirm preferences (Emma finished her shift, but Eric equally friendly and helpful). Placed order. Emma and Eric friendly and informative, without being pushy - give them both a pay rise

Bought a bed recently and went back to buy mattress. Assistant explained about all mattresses and got us to try them and also said 40 days trial at home replace if not satisfied..arranged delivery time to suit our needs and was very helpful the whole time we were in store and also no pressure sales which was quite a change from other stores

Went into the store, was meet and greeted politely, asked what we were looking for. Explained, sales person stayed with us the entire time helping us with our decision. For me it was quick easy an every aspect was explained such that I am Highly Satisfied with my purchase. I find the warranty and extended warranty is everything if not more than expected. Yes, we will buy again from Dreams. Thank You

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the product we wished to purchase and was very easy to talk to.

The staff in the bury St Edmund store were very helpful and also very friendly we bought our bed and mattress with the help of the store manager "Lewis" who along with the other staff we're very friendly to us and our 3 year old daughter they gave us plenty of time we felt as though we weren't rushed at all and we left very happy indeed .... thanks Dreams.

We went to the store knowing what kind of bed we were looking for told the assistant and she showed us a good range to choose from and went on the computer to help our decision and didn't rush us but gave good advice .. we left the shop happy and excited. . Thank you Dreams. . X

Eric was the member of staff at dreams in Bury St Edmunds and his knowledge was second to none. We spent ages going from mattress to mattress and nothing was too much trouble. Meh answered all our questions with ease and we really felt like everything was explained thoroughly and that we had made the right choice. He was lovely and extremely helpful and polite. An asset to your store!
