Great service Vicky was really friendly and helpful, and helped us to get everything we needed.

Salesperson very knowledgeable- answered our queries promptly - clearly knows his 'beds' Didn't try to 'oversell'. courteous at all times.

There was no rush trying to make a sale. Explained everything and advice about about the adjustable bed. Different methods of purchasing. Very friendly salesman.

we were served by Rachel and Emma - Rachel made sure we knew all about our purchase and Emma was on hand to offer advice as well - they were lovely and gave us a super deal on our new bed - all round great service thank you girls - and the Manager was terrific as well and Eric - Jean and David Betts

Rachel and Emma were excellent. Emma helped with a previous order where we are having a problem with our adjustable bed. She assisted with the contact, and they will now be on their way to sort out the issue. Rachel was very helpful with the new mattress we purchased. Both did Dreams in Bury St Edmunds proud. Both will ensure we visit Dreams again.

There were lots of choices of beds, mattresses to choose from . And no time limit to browse

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and made the extra effort to help me and my husband choose the right bedroom furniture and bed. They came up with good suggestions in making use of a limited space in one of our new bedrooms. Would certainly recommend Lewis and Vicky as their customer service was excellent.

Unable to find fault with any aspect of the service or purchase. i was even given a cup of coffee while i was in the store.
