I have been debating for months over what type of mattress to purchases and Rachel was extremely patient and informative thus helping me to decide on my final choice.

Because having explained my needs, the assistant, Vicky, completely understood and only showed me products that were relevant. There was commitment to please and never any overselling. I didn't feel hurried and at the point of purchase was explained all the conditions etc. for instance, the cooling down period and guarantees. Insurance was mentioned but not pushed. Overall I felt listened to and understood and a desire from Vicky to meet my needs, no more and no less. I have shopped there before and would do so again. The pricing is probably realistic, it is just that I am always surprised at how much mattresses cost. The only negative I have is the cost of delivery which is unwelcome when you have spent so much money. It is useful to have a service that will dispose of your old mattress but again at that point I balked and will try and find an alternative.

When we visited the store it was early morning but the store was well presented and the staff there were helpful and informative we placed our order and were pleased with how quickly it could be delivered thank you to all !

Once I told the assistant what I was looking for she left me to try the beds in my own time. She explained about insurance and got me an earlier delivery time.

The store manager Lewis took time to understand our needs and explained all the options to us very clearly without rushing us to make a decision. The assistant manager Emma took our order efficiently and understood when we explained our need for an early delivery date (terminal cancer). We have since had a call to confirm a slightly earlier delivery date.

I knew the style of bed I wanted, but was unsure about the mattress. The assistant gave me good advice as I was struggling between two. Also advice of firm slat or not.

We were immediately assisted and the products were fully explained in a way which enabled us to quickly choose a mattress. The order was then swiftly processed and a suitable delivery date arranged. For a bloke who can't stand shopping, the process was surprisingly painless.

We were looking for an ottoman bed, what we have chosen is very good quality.
