Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Everything went as expected.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and from start to finish helped and every part of the service was excellent. We left satisfied to we had purchased the right bed for us.

Our experience at Dreams (Bury St Edmunds) was very easy, Nathan recommended the use of the Sleepmatch analyser to help select the appropriate mattress type. After being analysed by the Sleepmatch bed and now armed with our print out we started to look for a new mattress. Nathan assisted us by showing about 10 different mattresses, allowing us time to lay on each one, of course always within the Dreams COVID guidelines.

Assistant was polite, friendly, competent, knew all about the product and everything that went with it. She took the time to explain everything to myself and my husband. She managed to turn what could have been a traumatic experience into a pleasure. We were offered water (helpful for my husband ) and made to feel so comfortable. Very good service so far.

We spoke to the assistant when we arrived and explained we did not want the hard sell as we had walked out of the store ajoined because we felt smothered, the assistant then explained covid rules and left us to wander and helped us when we asked. Well done dreams hence ,we purchased a bed.

Ryan was amazing, very professional and friendly. He put me at my ease in this Covid climate and I felt very safe. The Dreams products are such good quality and Ryan ensured full sanitisation of all products after I had tried the mattresses suitable for me after my initial assessment. Ryan even helped me by walking me back to my car with all the mattress covers etc. Ryan went above and beyond! The icing on the cake is that my new bed/ mattress will be delivered in 3 weeks! I expected it to be much longer and thought it would be at least 12 weeks. Well done Ryan and DREAMS. Thank you.
