Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

JUST A NICE EXPERIENCE ......DIDNT LIKE BEING CHARGED FOR THE DELIVERY !!!!!! WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IT IF SHE HAD NOT WAVERED IT!!!!!!!

Me and my other half were very impressed with the service we received from Rachel at the Bury St Edmunds store. As soon as we walkedd through the door we were offered a cup of tea by her, and we were left to browse which we thought was excellent. When she came over to us, she was patient and was very helpful specially in picking the right mattress. We walked out of the store very happy and found it a better experience then from Bensons and glass wells.

The staff member that dealt with my sale was really friendly and very helpful.

Every thing was good or top bill as they say, Staff very nice and good at their job.

As soon as we walked in, Rachel came to see if we needed any help. She was friendly and helpful but not at all pushy which was jsut right. When we were asking a range of questions both Rachel and Manager Emma were very helpful and their collegue (sorry I cannot recall his name!) was also very helpful and even made us a coffee. We found the team to be friendly and have excellent product knowledge. We had been to three other bed stores that same day and was it not for the excellent service we recieved we may well have taken our business elsewhere. A great team, a great shopping experience and we will certainly use Dreams again. Thank you.

The store members were very friendly and remembered me from a previous vist.

I was very pleased with the order of services provided by your employees, we had a lovely lady by the name of Rachel who assisted us with everything we needed. We went on to purchase a double bed for my son, we will be going back to purchase a sofa bed ,which again racheal was very helpful,. I would recommend to people.
