ERIC our assistant was so helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. The different types of mattresses would have been very confusing but he made it easy to understand. He was friendly, easy going, good interaction with our sons

I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. HELPFUL INFORMATION, NO PUSHY SALES PERSON.

On entering the Store Rachel welcomed us both into the store. She let us browse and when we were ready for assistance she knew and came straight to help. Which was great as i dont like being hounded. My husband & i tried out a few beds, she advised us on pillows for the beds, how we slept etc. between us we found the perfect combination, She took the time with us and didnt rush us. Overall Excellent Customer service, polite, knowing our needs. She left us when we asked for a little time to discuss things we needed to. My husband is bad on his legs and we wanted to see how he would get on with each bed , she allowed us time , not rushing us, not pushing us, and Rachel did not give us some rubbish about these beds are used in Dubai in the posh hotels, like the bed shop next door. I do hate when staff are pushy , only thinking about the sale, not focusing on the Customer and their needs. Rachel is new to the job i think she was Excellent, she had some help when she needed which is good instead of bluffing Lewis helped and also was good at his job. I have worked in Customer Service for 21 years with a NVQ2 in Customer Service. Excellent is the Score i would give Rachel.

So easy to talk to Vicky no sales pitch she made coffee felt so relaxed and that made it easy to buy everything we needed

Both my Husband and I are disabled they were so friendly, helpful and understanding. We could not have been treated with more respect. Assisted me with all the new linen to go with our beds.

Got exactly what we wanted with no fuss,friendly help and politeness.

Staff were helpful and cheerful throughout in spite of the paper work being long and tricky.
