Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

The sales assistant previously was so helpful friendly and informative but as it was the first place we visited we didn't make a purchase however after looking round we didn't get the service at any other stores except in one which was in a more pushy way so we went back to dreams and was greeted by the same assistant we found her lovely and really would say we liked her attitude and service

Very good customer service, free cup of coffee, easy and simple purchase.

We went in yesterday looking for a mattress Emma was most helpful looking up our previous purchases so that we knew exactly what we had and could therefore easily find what we required. We went back today with two options and Emma immediatly recognised us and was again most helpful in our final decision making. A most freindly, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson and a great asset to your company, would gladly purchase from her (you) again.

Because, whilst I did not find precisely what I wanted, I did find a product that would meet my needs. I had visited competing stores prior to going to DREAMS, and I had found them less helpful.

Vicky the salesperson was lovely.... friendly, professional and displayed good knowledge and understanding, offering discount were applicable - brilliant - cant fault.

The service was out standing

The staff were very helpful and the product was what we were looking for. When we sorted our order, they made us coffee.

The staff at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying a new bed with so many to choose from can be very daunting but the staff here knew exactly how to help. Their recommendations really did make buying a new bed an easy process. I can wait to have that perfect night sleep!

After visiting bensons for beds store next door and basically being told we wasn’t worth they custom because of our budget, we went to dreams and was greeted by Vicki. She understood the situation and helped us get the best deal possible on such a tight budget. She also made sure we wasn’t just settling for the cheapest option by going for mattresses designed for guests rather than daily use. To top it off one of her colleagues managed to keep my 9 month old son amused for the majority of our visit. Couldn’t ask for a better service!
