My husband and I planned to buy a new mattress at the weekend. On arrival a lady called Vicky asked if she could be of assistance. She went through the different types of mattress and asked us to try each one of them out. She assured us that the most important thing was to choose a mattress that we both found comfortable. There was no pressure from Vicky to make a quick decision, she was clear in explaining the different aspects of each mattress and she was friendly and courteous. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would recommend Dreams of Bury St Edmunds to all our friends and work colleagues.

Friendly assistant who took me straight to exactly what I wanted with no pressure to go for anything more expensive. Comfortable seat while placing the order which was deliverd at a time very suitable to me. It was a return visit - this was the 4th bed we have bought from Dreams and the service is still good.
