Assistant extremely helpful and friendly

Very good staff, very friendly and knew lots about different types of beds, mattresses etc.

I walked in and wasn't sure what type of mattress i was looking for, the assistant asked if i needed help. She explained the different types of mattresses and i tested them out, I picked out my favorite which was in the sale. I didn't feel pressured into buying something i didn't want, which i find happens in most similar shops.

We had been to many stores and not found what we were looking for. The staff were a great help in finding us what we needed. We had a bad experience in dreams a few years ago, however the staff at this stores concerted us and we would now recommend to others

I explained what I needed to the assistant and she was very friendly and efficient

I had found a bed and mattress I liked but combined they where outside if my price range. The customer sales gentleman 'Richard' assisted us by combining the gel mattress and a lower range divan to make the combined price bearable.

We visited the store a number of times to revisit different products and check we're getting the right thing. On all occasions the staff made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything, they explained anything we weren't sure of and that we were choosing the right products for our needs. And needless to say, we revisited due to this and the lovely atmosphere of the store.
