We purchased on a return visit and on both occasions we were assisted by Vicky who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Informed Richard what we were after and we were taken straight to the area. He came up with solutions to our problems and a deal was struck.

The helpfulness of the assistant without being to pushy and giving us written details of the products we were interested in and therefore allowing us time to decide, treating my husband with respect as he is in a wheelchair, ie involving him in conversations and decisions.

Made the process quick and simple and painless

We were able to purchase exactly what we wanted, when we wanted in the way we wanted.

Vicky, the member of staff, was very helpful. She offered us coffee as we had to wait for a order point to become available.

Very happy with the fast service and the bubbly assistants and didn't hassle us in anyway to buy the bed we had time to think and they was happy to answer questions and help out very happy :)

Our salesman (Eric) was very informative and when I wanted to test out a bed and lie down with my girlfriend he would leave us for a minute so we didn't feel awkward. He was also very informative on how a mattress works and shown us the mechanics of a mattress and pillow using a model. Probably best of all he wasn't pushing for a sale he was just being helpful, informative and had a laugh. That was why I decided to make the purchase (I was thinking of waiting a few more weeks before I bought a bed and mattress). He also made a sell of pillows by getting us to try them out. The rest of the team were really nice as well, they greeted us and remembered us each time we visited (three or four times within two days).

I found Eric very helpful from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I purchased my furniture. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Eric answered all my questions for me that I wanted to know before I purchased my furniture and mattress. I am very pleased with what I have ordered and looking forward to getting my goods. many thanks Eric
