Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Vicky at the store in Bury St Edmunds was very attentive to us both spending time with us, there was never a time that we felt we were being difficult as I know we were, we are hard work when making choices and parting with our money, But Vicky stuck to her job and helped us make the right choice for our needs, very well done Vicky and Dreams, We will be back.

The lady helping us to choose the mattress was very nice and had a good knowledge of the items. We took our time to make a decision and we are happy with the purchase we have made

The store was welcoming and Eric the sales man explained everything in easy terms. He spent a lpng time explaining and showed a genuine interest in me and my needs Nothing was too much trouble.

Emma from Bury St Edmunds store was fantastic she knew a lot about the bed and she was very professional and I enjoid my cup of coffe lovely 👍

walked in friendly faces,told them what we wanted,within ten minutes had bed divan,mattress,head board all sorted plus pillows and duvet,so quick very happy,great prices

Approached immediately by Emma who was very personable sales assistant. She understood our needs and made appropriate recommendations which resulted in us purchasing from her.

The assistance we received was extremely helpful. Eric has sold us another bed &mattress in 2013 (for another room) and we were very pleased that he served us again

I actually spent £692.97 plus I placed a further order for £578.00 the same afternoon, the reason for the two separate payments was that I needed a bed to be delivered by 1st May, unfortunately I have to wait 8 weeks, the mattress however can be delivered by 1st May, I am moving into a house with no furniture so for six weeks will be having to sleep on the mattress on the floor, disappointed I have to wait so long for the bed delivery....

We visited your Bury St Edmunds store with the intention of buying a pillow and looking at mattresses as we will be buying one in the near future. You had a fairly good range of pillows, lots of different matresses which were all very reasonably priced and we could not believe how cheap items in your spring sale were. Eric was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and was very helpful without being pushy! We bought a pillow and will definitely be returning to the store to purchase a bed and mattress. Please say thank you to Eric for us!
