Product was good value and staff were helpful witout being pushy & had a very good knowledge of products they were selling.

In was welcomed in to store within seconds by the kind and friendly staff member. Who helped my through my shopping experience and provided education on beds, mattresses and pillows which enabled me the customer to make informed decisions on my purchase.

I was very satisfied with the visit as all members of staff were very helpful and understood the needs we had for the specific mattress we were looking for.

The member of staff who assisted us was called Emma. She was extremely helpful and informative about all the different types of mattresses in the store. She was able to confidently answer any questions we had. Emmas knowledge helped us to choose a mattress which was suited to us. Once we had chosen our mattress we met Richard, the store manager, who was very friendly and easy to chat to. Emma and Richard made the experience of buying our mattress an enjoyable one.

The assistant Emma was friendly knowledgeable explained everything to me to make sure i was happy with the purchase. She also made an excellent cup of tea for my husband and me Excellent customer service,.

Staff were polite friendly but not pushy in any way. They were willing to assist in moving headboards so they could be viewed against beds.

All bed types explained was able to try the beds the assistant could not have been more attentive and her knowledge very helpful without her being pushy
