Vicky, the adviser, who dealt with us, was very helpful and friendly. Although she was learning the job, she was very polite, pleasant, friendly. She asked for help when she didn't know the answer to a question. Overall very happy with the service we received. A very nice cup of coffee too!!

Very friendly colleague, bed we wanted was easy to find

The staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived in store and were available for any questions we had, after looking around the store we made our choice and was seen to straight away, within 30mins had made all the necessary arrangements for delivery and payment even though Vicky was training it was still very easy, and she did a great job and makes lovely coffee.

I entered the stored to purchase my first bed with my partner, and neither of us knew what to look for. We were approached by the store manager Richard who was excellent and made the whole process stress-free and easy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then explained all the different types of bed and their advantages. All the staff in the store were very approachable and professional, and I felt like they really wanted to help us find the perfect bed. We were also offered a cup of tea whilst we were browsing which was a lovely touch. The store was well presented and once the colour coding feature helped us to home in on the beds that would be most appropriate for us and saved us time. I will be recommending this store to all my family and friends as not only were the beds good value for money, but we were also given a brilliant and personalised service.

Took item wit us

Cotton mattress protector was not available.

I purchased a bed frame and mattress. Not realising there was a 20 % discount on the bed frame. This was not discussed or deducted . I found out after whilst researching the website. I called the next day who deducted the 20%. If I had not have visited the website I would have lost £130.

The Sales Assistant was absolutely fantastic with regards to customer service. We did feed this back to her in the store. Would have like a quicker delivery time. We recognise that this is outside the store's control.
