We were welcomed into the store, offered professional assistance which was greatfully received. Lewis was extremely knowledgeable & without pressure offered us a diagnostic service which we accepted. This strangely recommended the bed that we has thought of selecting which was extremely reassuring. I cannot speak to highly with regards to your employee, Lewis who made our visit to dreams, please excuse the pun, a DREAM

It was a Monday so not many staff on and the lovely gentleman who served us was looking after another couple, but did brilliantly.

Excellent assistance with choosing once I had discovered that the brand I asked for wasn’t in stock. I purchased a mattress based on the advice I got.

From the second we walked in to bury st edmunds dreams ryan was very helpful made the wife and i feel very welcome and relaxed. And within 40 minutes we were walking to the car with Ryan , bed ordered and we both said in the car on the way home how friendly ryan and all staff were with us.
