we ordered two total bed sets with a collective cost of over £2,000.00 We had trouble with delivery being on the same day ( this was around a month after paying in full) and being charged for a pm slot. ( that's £25.00 for each bed = £50.00) After threatening to leave buying nothing the sales person did back down on this. But it did take a while. People that can stay in all day to receive goods as big as these, wouldn't be able to afford them.

It was not Dreams fault but a couple with 3 children were also in the store and the children although fairly grown up kept getting too close to me and considering COVID-19 I was a bit uneasy.
