Would have liked to get the bed earlier as we had people coming to stay and during purchase product went from 19days to 35days delivery! Release current restrictions might have added to this delay.

We feel as though there needs to be a wider variety of cheaper mattress options. We told Ryan our budget and he did well by starting us off at the lowest end and we know you get what you pay for but I feel as though we were always being guided towards more expensive models. The whole “don’t look at the price” method isn’t realistic for a lot of people and showing us 4 products that were over double our budget just left us feeling like perhaps it wasn’t all about the best product for us in the form of what we could afford but getting the most money out of us. It was just a vibe/feeling we got through the journey when choosing between products even when discussing delivery times focusing on the more expensive product having a shorter delivery time. We had a great experience getting the mattress and believe we got the right one but just got the feeling that our budget wasn’t important to us and potentially the agenda wasn’t as focused as it should be on what we wanted
