Products were very expensive despite a sign saying there was a sale in the window. We decided to buy instore to support the retail trade but could have bought the items cheaper elsewhere. We were offered different delivery slots without being told there was a price difference.

I was very satisfied with the experience. I guess I am just a little disappointed that we cannot get our bed until further notice as we want delivery and help to build the bed. But I understand the reason and that has nothing to do with this store or the people who helped us find our bed.

Was happy with product ...but was unable to test tv bed due to it not being operational but was happy to take staff word on said bed

Not shown all the available small double items I.e. the cheapest. The female was rude when I declined to pay the additional £25 insurance

only two staff in store both helping other people (not there fault) staff kept me informed and very helpful while i was waiting cant fault staff in any way
