Delivery time

We ended spending more than our budget so this was a shock when we were given our quote. However we made it work & it will be worth it. I was just surprised. Its also unfortunate Dreams don't do NHS discount.

Would have liked a larger discount given number of items and total cost however team were knowledgable, friendly and happy to help

It was all most satisfactory but we do need to wait till the end of January for our bed to be delivered. I’m sure once we have it I will be highly satisfied. Thank you

The store got quite busy and at that time there was only one member of staff so it was a wait while he was on the phone.

Our experience in store was good, and the colleague who served us was very helpful and efficient. What makes someone highly satisfied versus satisfied is not always easy to describe as it’s a very personal view so you will just have to accept the view as it stands

We were not greeted the staff were more interested in their computers.

Cambridge shop had issues with Computer System, although it was partially running they could not order the mattress we required. They offered us an "alternative" product which sort of defeats the whole purpose of what we wanted to order. Eneded up going to Bury St Edmunds branch and ordered the make & model required
